A Lifelong resident of New Jersey, Arwa Abbassi has led an accomplished career as a real estate professional. Arwa began her career in their family’s textile business, but in 2003 found real estate was a perfect match for her outgoing personality and entrepreneurial spirit.

When listing a property, Arwa offers a comprehensive approach. Leveraging the strength of Coldwell Banker’s Listing Concierge program, she helps her clients prepare their home for the market and equip them with everything from professional photography to commercials, social media videos, and aerial photography. As a Premier Agent, she then shares each home not only to a blend of MLS services, but also a mix of targeted digital and social media campaigns.
Meanwhile, Arwa is just as hands-on with her buyers, drawing from her decades of experience and extensive professional sphere to carefully guide each client to the right property for their needs. But for Arwa, the transaction is never truly over, as she prefers to remain in touch well after the closing to provide ongoing, VIP service and ensure each client is fully satisfied in their new home.

Outside her career, Arwa is deeply involved in her community. On top of supporting local food pantries and children’s sports teams, she has also worked hand-in-hand with the mayor to provide direct assistance to those in need. But going forward, Arwa also has exciting plans for the future of her business. As her volume maintains its rapid growth, she intends on delving into live video and uncovering new opportunities for her buyers and sellers. Most of all, though, she is driven by the possibilities that await her. “It’s not about the commission; it’s about working for the clients and making them happy,” Arwa says. “We really care about customer service—and that’s key.”
